Organization — Chart Design Options
Four takes on the profile "Organization" section, all built with the live warm-minimal palette
(Urbanist, cream canvas, white cards, blue/orange accents) so any one drops straight into the ERP.
Sample data uses the real UMS reporting line. Pick one (or mix) and I'll wire it in on staging.
1
Classic Tree
Boxed nodes, orthogonal connector lines — reads instantly as a hierarchy.

Vertical reporting line on the left, peers as a tidy grid on the right — very space-efficient.

Hub & Peers
Person-centric: manager above, you as the emphasized hub, peers as pill chips.

How to read these: the highlighted blue-ringed node is always "this employee". Manager sits above/before, peers are same-level, direct reports (when a person has them) branch below.
- Option 1 — Classic Tree: the most literal org chart. Best when people actually have direct reports (branches render below). Grows tall/wide with big teams.
- Option 2 — Reporting Spine: compact + scalable. Reporting line on a vertical spine, peers gridded to the side. My pick for the profile card.
- Option 3 — Hub & Peers: most visual, person-first. Great for a profile where the focus is on one individual.
- Option 4 — Chain & Rail: smallest height — good if you want the Organization card to stay short and let Documents/Discipline sit right under it.
Tell me a number (or "2 for the profile card, 1 for the full Company Org Chart page") and I'll build it into staging.
